Vivian Grace Boone, 94 years old, passed away surrounded by the love of family on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at the Maritime Oddfellows Home.
Born in Trenton, she was a daughter of the late Havelock and Ellen (Humphreys) Aikens.
She was a former employee of D.R. MacLeod’s Drug Store and retired from the Steeltown Pharmacy. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Trenton where she was an active member with faithful service as NYPS President, Sunday School Superintendent, Treasurer, teacher, pianist and lay leader in various departments for over a 30 years.
She is survived by sister-in-law, Esther Aikens, Calgary; stepchildren, Janet, David and Susan; nieces and nephews; great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Jim "Bud"; brothers: Elmer (Beth), Alden; sisters: Vera (Cecil), Helen (Harry); 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
"To those who knew her, she was a loyal friend, cherished her friends and neighbours."

Visitation 2-3pm Sunday, March 30, followed by service at 3pm, all at the Church of the Nazarene, Trenton. Burial in Hillside Cemetery.
