Madeline Ella Gamble – 104, Truro, formerly of Bass River, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Shannex Debert Court, Debert.
Born in Castlereagh, she was a daughter of the late Cameron and Mary (Newton) Gamble.
Madeline worked most of her life in Ontario. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Lawson, Bernard, Hermon, Norman, Malcolm; sister, Charlotte; several nieces and nephews.
We would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Debert Court who cared for Madeline while she was a resident there.
All are invited to attend a graveside funeral service that will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2024, at Riverside United Church Cemetery, 5577 Highway 2, Bass River.
If so desired, donations in Madeline’s memory to a charity of choice are welcomed.
