Stuart, Blair Neil-51, of Fall River passed away on June 21, 2024 at the Halifax Infirmary surrounded by his family.
Born in Truro he was the son of Marion and Neil Stuart.
Blair was a proud business owner. He and his wife Sarah owned and operated Winmar Halifax for the past 18 years. Over time, the staff have become a second family. Together with Sarah they will carry on the legacy that he worked hard to build. He had a passion for fast cars and loved to travel South to hot destinations to escape the cold Nova Scotia winters. Blair adored Sarah and above all else, was a devoted and loving father who was immensely proud of his children.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Stuart; daughter, Skylar Blair Stuart and son, Lochlan Shawn Stuart; his parents Marion and Neil Stuart; sister, Natalie Stuart (Bradley Wammes); brother-in-law, Shawn Harper (Valerie Proulx), mother and father-in-law, Janet Bourgoin and Jacques Harper; nieces, Jules and Hailey Stuart-Wammes, Emilie and Lyvia Harper. He will be tremendously missed by his dearest friends and extended family.
In keeping with Blair’s wishes there will be no visitation or service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the doctors and nurses in the ICU 5.2 at the Halifax Infirmary for their care and support.
