Windsor, NS
November 22, 1959 - September 9, 2024
Daughter to Herman and Margaret Walker. Survived by her son Kevin (Shannon) brother Terry (Candace) sisters Lisa (Norman) Cheryl Clements. Her 5 nephews Chris, Shaun, Ryan, Brandon and Michael and Niece Kayla. As well as 4 great nephews and 3 great nieces.
Lorna was a beautiful soul with a light that shined so bright there was never anyone left in the dark. She loved the outdoors and everything it had to offer. Her long Sunday drives would take her on adventures even she didn't know the destinations of. Lorna was an avid bird watcher but her true love for animals was with all the doggies she looked after over the years as well as all of the animals she had herself. Those animals were all loved by her in the most adorable of ways and there's no doubt they loved her back just the same.
Lorna was a very selfless women who always put the people she loved before her making sure everyone else was taken care of before herself. Lorna loved photography , animals of all kinds and she loved music as she had great rhythm and loved to get down and boogie. She was an amazing mother to her son Kevin. She made sure everyday for 36 years he had what he needed to succeed in life and raised him to be a caring, kind and gracious young man. Through his 6 years of playing D1 boys basketball she never missed a single game as she was the most dedicated mother you'd ever meet.
Lorna will be missed by so many people as her light was a beacon for everyone she ever came in contact with throughout her 64 years on earth.
I love you mom, may you rest in peace. xo
I remember Lorna and Kevin living on Wiley Avenue when she dated my dad , she was a very sweet woman and was always smiling . Sending hugs along to Kevin and family
