Wheatley, William Michael, age 67 of Clementsvale, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on June 27, 2024.


Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late William and Olive (Russell) Wheatley Dimock. He loved the outdoors, fishing, fly tying, woodworking, hanging with the boys, going to the camp, travelling to festivals, and loved listening to music. He was happy to jump in his vehicle and take “Dude” for a drive, out for a burger, to a car show, and to see all the motorcycle rallies. He built magnificent Lego pieces, special flowers for Jill, and collect hats for “Dude”.


Surviving are his loving partner, Jill Trimper of Clementsvale, son Keigan Michael Stephen Trimper-Wheatley, Clementsvale; not just the apple of his eye but his best friend; sister Joan Donnelly, Digby; aka “Sister Wheat” and “Hot”; his dog “Doc” and cat “Dodge. He was loved by his in laws, cousins , many nieces and nephews, lots of extended family, too many to name.


Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his older brother George, and in - laws Willis and Alice Trimper, and Ronald Donnelly.


A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jaynes Funeral Home, Digby.
