ZWICKER, Marjorie Irene

ZWICKER – Marjorie Irene, 80, of Milton, NS passed away in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Thursday, February 8, 2024.


Born in Liverpool, Marjorie was a daughter of the late Pat and Marie (Roy) Wolfe.


Marjorie was an amazing cook and housekeeper for many years. She always enjoyed attending the music jams on Wednesday’s and Friday’s with all her friends and new friends she made along the way. She loved her garden and her four daily visiting crows; Mumma, Dad, Ernie and Jeff, who she fed every day. She was a great support to her children and grand children and enjoyed spending time with daily. The grandchildren and great grandchildren loved the chocolate and other treats she would save for their visits.


Marjorie is survived by her daughter Gloria of Liverpool; sons Greg (Cathy), Rayburn (Christal Gilbert) both of Milton; grandchildren Jeffrey, Josh, Courtney and Hayley; great grandchildren William, Celeste, Chloe, Nora and Nate; sister Gloria (Gilbert) Frank of Bridgewater; brothers Richard (Lynn) of Greenfield, Raymond (Evie), Johnny (Joanne) both of Milton; nephews James, David and Gregory; nieces Kerri-Lynn, Sammy-Joe and Kerri Alesha; great nieces Layla and Shaylene.


Besides her parents, Marjorie was predeceased by her husband Clairmont, sons Jeffrey and Ernie and her brother Larry.


Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. Funeral service will take place Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 11:00 am in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool, NS. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation. Marjorie’s family would like to pass along a special thank you to Paul Schwartz, Carol Whynot, Debbie Feener, the Nurses, Doctors and staff at Queens General Hospital, Liverpool, The VON, Home Support, Brian Fralic and many others as she touched the hearts of so many along the way.
